Absolutely fantastic bagels in the financial district. Line is long but moves efficiently. There is a large variety of bagels, cream cheese flavors, and other toppings. I opted for an egg everything with olive pimiento cream cheese which was very flavorful and filling. There is extra seating in the back if you want to eat in. Highly recommended.

This spot did not disappoint when it came to the bagels! There wasn't much of a line--though to be fair, it was raining when we went. If you're planning to sit down, be prepared to wait; seating is very limited. Best recommendation: grab it to go and enjoy on the move. The staff was friendly, and service is pretty straightforward--order, grab, and go. And yes, the colorful bagels are absolutely edible (and fun). We spent $21.35 for: 1 Hal's Original Sparkling Water 1 BLT on a jalapeño everything bagel 1 everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese, toasted The bagels had the perfect consistency--not too chewy, not too hard, and just the right amount of toast. Solid spot for a quick, delicious bite!

I finally understand the hype of a New York bagel! This place is AMAZING. Every bagel I tried was delicious. Crispy crust with a soft inside. The everything bagel had great seasoning. The BEC sandwich was delicious and filling. This place is very popular but the staff are very efficient and the line moves fast. There is limited seating but the amazing food is worth standing and eating for! I can't wait to be back!

Went on a Sunday right before noon and there was quite a line inside. However, we did not wait for long actually. Pleased with the quality of the bagels and service was also not bad. Plenty of seating in the back of the store also for your convenience (and a bathroom for customers).

The classic nova on an onion bagel was delicious. I am no bagel or lox expert since I'm from California but I would come back here again. Not much of a dine in vibe here because it is so crowded but I think they had tables in the back. The service here is pretty quick despite the line.

This place is probably the reason why everyone says NY bagels are the best bagels. I won't lie, I was extremely overwhelmed upon entering because there were so many people inside and we were kind of confused on where to order. We followed the large line of people and ordered at the top of the steps- they directed us on where to wait for our food once we ordered. We ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel. They were both huge and tasted so good. Even the cream cheese was a perfect mix of not being too whipped or not creamy enough. There were some seating options inside but it was just too overcrowded so we ended up eating outside on some benches.

My go to bagel spot in the area - can be chaotic depending on the day/time you go, especially as it's gotten more popular and given the location right by the bull... but I maintain that it's still one of the top bagels in the city with great texture. My favorite is the egg everything bagel while my partner likes the jalapeno everything. That said, all bagels I've had here have been good. Great selection of cream cheeses, and their sandwiches are good. Operationally inside it's confusing. You have to walk to the back to order. Then you either get on line towards the front (if you ordered a bagel with spread) or wait towards the back (if you ordered a bagel sandwich). Tends to get a bit crazy if there are a lot of out of towners. But the bagels are worth it!

Loved these chewy soft bagels! You really can't find anything like this anywhere else besides NYC. I got the traditional Nova and it was phenomenal. They give you samples of their cream cheese mixes too!

On the New York trip and after the Statue of Liberty ended up in the financial district and this caught my eye. Loved all pf the different cream cheese flavors. Clean restaurant with a courteous staff. Great bagels !
